How to Reset Your Password in Go1 Using "Forgot Password"

If you have forgotten your Go1 account password or are unable to log in, you can easily reset your password using the “Forgot Password” feature. Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to the Go1 Login Page

  • Open your web browser and navigate to your Go1 portal’s login page (e.g., https://[yourdomain].mygo1.com).

Step 2: Click “Forgot password?”

  • Locate the Forgot password? under the password entry field.

  • Click on Forgot your password?

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

  • You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Go1 account.

  • Type your email address carefully to ensure you receive the reset instructions.

  • Click Send reset link.

Important Note: The link sent to your email is valid for 24 hours only. If it expires, you’ll need to request a new one.

Step 4: Check Your Email

  • Open your email inbox and look for an email from Go1 with the subject line “Reset your password for... (your portal name)."

  • If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 5: Follow the Password Reset Link

  • Open the email and click on the provided password reset link.

  • The link will take you to a secure page on Go1 where you can create a new password.

Step 6: Set a New Password

  • Enter your new password in the fields provided. Make sure it meets any password requirements shown on the page.

  • Confirm your new password by typing it again, if prompted.

  • Click Change password and log in

Step 7: Log In

  • Once your password has been reset, you will be directed to your Go1learn dashboard.


Note:

If you do not receive the reset email, double-check that you entered the correct email address.

Tip: For security, choose a strong, unique password not used on any other websites.
