How to see the status of your Premium content

Using the Status Table to see the status of your content submitted to Premium (pending, accepted, rejected)

Updated over a week ago

Note: This feature is only available to Go1 Content Partners

Bulk update content functionality will be available from September 2024 onwards

How to access the Status Table

You can access the Status Table by selecting Content from the main menu (your user icon) and navigating to the Created by my portal tab.

Seeing the status of your content

The Status Table allows you to easily see the status of your content:

  • Unpublished – not yet submitted to Premium

  • Pending review – submitted to Premium and pending review by our internal Content operations teams

  • Fixes required – our internal Content operations team reviewed this (piece of) content and it requires some fixes before it can be made available in our Premium library

  • Published – approved and available in our Premium library for our customers

Creating new content

To create new content, use the Create button at the top right and select your content type. This will take you into the content editor.

Alternatively you can upload content in Bulk; see How to bulk update content files.

Submitting to Premium

Once content files have been created, you can submit them to Premium. You can do this in bulk by selecting all the relevant files and clicking Submit to Go1 Premium, or by using the three-dot menu on a single content item and choosing Submit to Go1 Premium.

If your content hasn't been approved yet ("Pending review"), you can undo your Go1 Premium submission by using the Unsubmit from Go1 option.

Editing content and fixing issues

If your content has been reviewed and deemed to require fixes, or if you want to update your content files, select the relevant item(s) and choose the Edit option. In the former case, the Preview panel on the right will highlight the required fixes.

Deleting content

If your content is not yet in Premium, you can select the relevant items and use the Delete or bin icon to delete them.

If an item is already live in Premium, please contact your CPSM to request retirement.
