How to see the status of your Premium content

Using the content manager table to check the status of content submitted to Premium (Pending review, Fixes required, Live)

Updated this week

Note: This feature is only available to Go1 Content Partners

How to access the content manager table

You can access the Content manager by selecting Content from the main menu (your user icon) and navigating to the Created by my portal tab.

Seeing the status of your content

Premium status

The content manager allows you to easily check and filter on the status of your Premium submission under the Premium status column:

  • Awaiting submission – not yet submitted to Premium

  • Pending review – submitted to Premium and pending review by our internal Content Operations team

  • Fixes required – our internal Content Operations team has reviewed your content and has required some fixes before it can be made available in our Premium library

  • Live – approved and available in our Premium library for our customers

Content visibility

The top level tabs (All, Draft, Published) also allows you to check the visibility of your content:

  • Published - Visible to everyone in your portal, and available in the Premium library for customers and learners (only applies if the Premium Status is Live)

  • Draft - Only visible to you or admins in your portal

Publishing your content

To publish your content, use the ellipses action menu and select Publish to my portal. The option will be greyed out unless a title, image, and description has been provided.

Submitting to Premium

Submit your content to Premium in bulk by selecting all the relevant rows in the table and clicking on the Submit to Go1 Premium button. Up to 1000 items can be submitted to Premium at one time.

Note: Submitting your content to Premium for review will also auto-publish your content

Editing content and fixing issues

If your content has been reviewed and has the Fixes required status, select the item from the table to see more details on what's required. The Preview panel on the right will display comments from our Content Operations team.

If you need to update your content files or metadata, click on the ellipses Action menu and select Edit.

Filtering content

The content manager table includes filtering options to help you quickly find and manage specific content.

You can filter by:

  • Premium status – See which items are live in Premium, pending review, requires fixes, or awaiting submission

  • Language – Find content in a specific language

  • Type – Filter by content format, such as video, interactive, document, etc.

  • Duration – Find content within specific time ranges (e.g. under 15 minutes)

  • Topic – Drill down to content tagged with specific topics

Creating new content

To create new content, use the Create button at the top right and select your content type. This will take you into the content editor.

Alternatively you can upload content in Bulk; see How to bulk onboard content files
