Use your virtual Go1 Pay card to complete an approved purchase on the provider's website.
Before you begin
You need:
An approved Go1 Pay request.
Your virtual card number, security code, expiration date and billing address.
A provider that accepts debit or credit card payments.
The final purchase price, including any additional charges.
View your card details
Open the approved request.
Select Show Card Details.
Enter your phone number if prompted.
Complete the security verification.
Copy the card number, security code, expiration date and billing address.
The card password may change after the card details are hidden. Use the current details shown in Go1 Pay.
Pay on the provider's website
Open the provider's checkout page.
Choose to pay by debit or credit card.
Enter the Go1 Pay card number, security code and expiration date.
Enter the exact billing address shown with the Go1 Pay card.
Complete the purchase.
Do not replace the card's billing address with your organization's address or company code. An incorrect billing address may cause the payment to be declined.
Some providers do not require a billing address.
Complete Stripe verification
Stripe may ask you to identify a previous transaction when using Visa Secure.
Go1 Pay cards are normally created for a single purchase and do not have a transaction history. The transactions shown by Stripe may therefore not match your card.
Scroll to the bottom of the verification prompt.
Select I don't recognize any of these transactions.
Select Confirm.
This does not block the card or payment.
A subscription card may be charged more than once. Security verification normally occurs when the subscription is first activated.
Upload the invoice
After completing the purchase:
Return to Go1 Pay.
Open the request.
Select Upload Invoice.
Choose the invoice from your device.
Complete the upload.
The invoice may have been emailed to you or made available to download from the provider's website.
