Inactive or blocked users are individuals who have been restricted by an admin from accessing the portal. When users are created through a CSV import and the Status column is set to “0,” or "inactive", those users will be uploaded as inactive.
How to view inactive users:
Inactive users are not displayed by default in the user management reports because the system automatically filters the list to show only active users. To view inactive users, change the default filter from "active" to "inactive."
Steps:
Within the "People" page, click "Users."
Click filters
3. Untick the "Active" box and tick the "Inactive:
4. Click "Apply."
