Start with a template

Templates give you a proven starting point for common reporting jobs including:

  • Overdue learners

  • Due soon learners

  • Inactive learners

  • Low completion content

  • Top learners

  • Self-directed learning

  • All enrolments

  • Assignment progress

  1. Select Reports from the left menu.

  2. Select a template.

  3. The report is created with filters and columns, you can adjust them if needed

  4. Rename the report if you want a more specific name, then save your changes.

Create a custom report

If the templates do not cover what you need, you do not need to know the exact report type or filter setup. Describe who or what you need to report on and we will create a starting point for you.

  1. From Reports, select Create new report.

  2. Describe the recurring view you need. For example: “Assigned learning due this month for the sales team.

  3. Review the suggested report type, filters and columns.

  4. Adjust the setup if needed, then select Create report.

When reviewing the setup:

  • Report type controls what each row represents, such as an enrolment, learner, content, assignment, or award.

  • Filters control which records appear.

  • Columns control which information appears in the table and export.

You remain in control of the final report. AI assistance gives you a faster starting point; you decide what to keep or change.

💡 Tip: Reorder and resize columns to put the most useful information first and make your report easier to scan.

Return to the reports you use regularly

Reports created from a template or with AI appear under Saved reports. They keep your report type, filters and columns, so the same operational view is ready when you need it again.

Search and sort your saved reports from the Reports page to find the view you need.

🔒 Only you can see reports you save. Other admins on your account cannot see them.

Export report data

  1. Open the report you want to export.

  2. Select Export report.

  3. Under Rows, choose Filtered rows only to export the current results, or All rows to ignore active filters.

  4. Under Columns, choose Visible columns only to export the table as shown, or All columns to include all available columns.

  5. Select Export.

We'll email the report to you when it is ready. See Export enrolment data for the complete field list.
