Keep your portal name, organization location, timezone, and industry up to date in Go1 Learn.
Only admins can access these settings and update your portal details.
Update your details
In Go1 Learn, open More actions.
Select Settings.
Select Portal settings.
Under Basic information, find Portal details and select Edit.
Update the fields you need to change using the guidance below.
Select Save.
You’ll see Portal details saved when your changes have been saved.
Select Cancel to discard unsaved changes.
Choose your portal details
Portal name: Enter the name of your portal.
Organization location: Select your organization’s country.
Timezone: Search for and select the timezone for your portal. Options show a UTC offset and a timezone name. Select None to use UTC.
Organization industry: Select the industry that best matches your organization.
Portal name, Organization location, and Organization industry are required. Save becomes available when you change a value and is unavailable while your changes are being saved.
Understand timezone and industry
Where portal timezone reporting is enabled, reporting uses your portal’s timezone. Otherwise, reporting uses your browser’s local timezone.
Your organization industry sets the industry comparisons in Skills Insights and Content Insights. It is separate from the industry recorded on an individual learner’s profile.
