Once your account has been successfully created by your Platform Administrator, you will receive an invitation to join the Platform through your registered email address:
Please note: Some Go1 Portals have a slightly different design for the welcome email. If you are unsure if an email you receive from Go1 is legitimate, please contact your Learning and Development and IT teams for assistance before clicking on any links.
2. Click on the 'Login' button inside the email to sign in to your portal for the first time and you will be presented with the Go1 Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Read these through, and select 'Continue':
3. You will be required to create your password once you are already inside the portal:
Click on your Initial on top of your right-hand side page
Go to Account Settings
Click and key in your password
Your password must contain at least one letter and be at least 8 characters long. Password must not contain common words, eg. password. We recommend using a combination of upper and lower case characters, numbers and special characters (e.g @#$%&).
