To start your learning journey, you will need to access your Go1 user account.
Your user account may have been registered on your behalf, you may have the option of signing in through existing login details like your Microsoft account, or you may need to register your own account.
Log in to your Go1 user account for the first time
If your Learning and Development team created a Go1 user account on your behalf,
you will receive an email titled Welcome to your learning journey!
Select the link: Set Password within this email to access your Go1 user account and create a password for your user account.
When you click this link, you will be taken to the Dashboard of your Go1 Platform. A window will pop up, asking you to set your account password.
Not sure if you're looking at a legitimate email from us? If you are ever unsure about an email you receive from Go1, please contact your Learning and Development and IT teams for assistance.
Password requirements
Your password must contain at least one letter and be at least 8 characters long.
The password must not contain common words, e.g. password.
We recommend using a combination of upper and lower case characters, numbers and special characters, for example: @#$%&).";!?^
Once you have entered a secure password into the fields provided, select the button: Set Password.
You will then be asked to choose some topics of interest.
Remember your details
Make sure you remember your login details for next time! Once registered, you can log in via https://go1.com/login or your Go1 Platform URL, for example, acmecompany.mygo1.com
