Effects of Denied Administrator Consent

When a user tries to access a feature for which the Administrator has not given consent, a pop-up message will appear indicating the need for Administrator approval. Users will be redirected to the previous screen and will not be able to access the feature until the Administrator provides consent. For features not needing Administrator consent, users will be prompted individually.

Administrator Consent via the Azure Portal

Microsoft Administrators can also review and consent to the permissions required by the application for all of your users in your organization within their Azure portal. Permissions can also be revoked using this portal.

Administrator Consent via the MS Teams Admin Center

MS Teams Administrators can visit the MS Teams Admin Center to consent to the permissions required by the application for all of your users in your organization.

Scroll down the page and click Review permissions and consent

You will then see the following list of permissions which can then be consented to on behalf of your organization.

Consent via the Go1 Learn App

Upon first use, users will encounter a prompt requesting consent for specific permissions pertaining to the Go1 Learn app. Users will not see this if the Administrator has already consented to these permissions on behalf of their organization.
