How to enroll and re-enroll users via the course report

Updated today

In Go1, we provide several enrollment options to cater to different learning and administrative requirements. One such method is enrollment through the course report, which offers a quick and convenient way to manage enrollments directly from the course view.

This feature is especially useful when you need to enroll:

  • Users who have not yet been enrolled in the course

  • Users who have previously completed the course and need to retake it, such as for refresher training

This approach streamlines the process by letting you filter and select users based on their enrollment status, all within a few clicks.

Note: Only learners who are either completed or not enrolled will appear in this list.
Learners who are in progress will not appear as options for re-enrollment.

Let’s walk through each process step by step.

Enrolling Un-Enrolled Users

This method enrolls users who have not yet started the course.

  1. Go to the course in question.

  2. Click ‘Report’, and click the three dots at the top right-hand side, then select ‘Enroll Users’.

  3. You’ll see two columns. Choose the ‘Un-enrolled’ tab.

  4. In this column, you’ll find a list of users who are not yet enrolled.

  5. To select users:

    • Check the boxes beside the names of individual users

    • Or click the top checkbox to select all users at once

  6. Click the ellipsis (⋯) menu.

  7. Select ‘+Enroll’.

  8. Once the process is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation message indicating the number of users who have successfully enrolled.

Enrolling Users Who Have Completed the Course

This method is helpful for annual re-enrollment or refresher training.

  1. Go to the course you want to reassign.

  2. Click ‘Report’, and click the three dots at the top right-hand side, then select ‘Enroll Users’.

  3. In the two-column view, select the ‘Completed’ tab.

  4. You will see a list of users who have already completed the course.

  5. To select users:

    • Tick the boxes beside each user’s name

    • Or use the top checkbox to select all

  6. Click the ellipsis (⋯).

  7. Choose ‘+Enroll’.

  8. After enrolling, a confirmation will appear showing the number of users re-enrolled.
