Send customized notifications to learners (MyGo1)

MyGo1 is being retired. All customers will migrate to Go1 Learn in 2026. Learn about the migration.

Learning Managers may wish to follow up with learners to remind them of an upcoming due date or to let them know that they are overdue in completing mandatory learning, in a way that is contextual to their organization.

From the Manage page:

  1. Navigate to 'Assigned' in the left panel

  2. Select 'Overdue' from the left panel

  3. Select the Learners you wish to contact

  4. Select the ellipsis (...) in the bottom right-hand corner, then 'Send reminder email'

  5. Insert the custom message, using the tokens to contextualise the message for individual learners

  6. Press 'Send' to confirm
