Use Go1 Pay in MyGo1 to request a learning resource from an external provider.
Request a purchase
Sign in to MyGo1.
Select Go1 Pay from the homepage.
Select New Request.
Enter the URL of the learning resource.
Select Next.
Choose whether to make the request private. Private requests do not appear in your organization's feed.
Confirm the price and currency.
Include additional charges such as shipping or tax.
Submit the request.
Select View Request.
The request shows Waiting for approval while someone at your organization reviews it.
Once approved, Go1 Pay notifies you and creates a virtual prepaid card you can use on the provider's website.
Track a request
Select Go1 Pay, then All, to view your submitted requests and their current status.
