Q: How does Go1 ensure compliance content is up to date and in line with the latest regulations?

A: Many of our providers regularly take measures to ensure their compliance content is up to date with the latest regulations. Providers may work with subject matter experts and industry experts, consult with legal counsel, attain endorsements from accredited bodies, and more. In addition, we contractually require content providers to be mindful of regulatory and policy requirements during the creation process. However, customers have the overarching responsibility to establish, communicate, and enforce compliance standards.

Q: How does Go1 ensure its content is high quality?

A: All content providers go through a robust vetting process to ensure their content meets the needs of our learners across the globe. This includes a content coverage evaluation, content quality assessment (requirements below), and technical assessment. Once a partnership begins, we collaborate with our content providers to provide insights and learner feedback. Ultimately, the responsibility is on the content provider to ensure their compliance courses are in accordance with new legislation and policies, and that their up-skilling courses are in accordance with new skills as they see fit.

Q: How does Go1 ensure content is up to date?

A: Keeping our content library up to date is a shared responsibility between Go1 and our content providers. Content providers are incentivized to keep their content up to date to keep a healthy reputation in our ecosystem and be on par with other providers. For our customers, we follow a detailed communication process to notify users when a course is being added, removed, or updated monthly. These communications happen through email announcements or in-product notifications if using our API.

Q: Does Go1 offer certification content?

A: Yes! Go1 offers 2,000+ courses that enable learners to pursue certifications, continuing education units, continuing professional development, and certificates of completion. These credentials help organizations validate the skills of their employees, improve engagement, and prepare and innovate for the future. Best of all, customers can rest easy knowing employees are staying up to date with the latest skills since certifications are often administered by the same organizations that develop the technology! Please note that Go1 does not administer the exam for any certification content, as this must be completed and paid for on a third-party website. Go1 only provides prep courses for topics like Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, CompTIA certifications, and more. Browse through our library to see the latest prep content for these topics.

Q: Does Go1 offer mobile-friendly content?

A: Access to learning through both web-based and mobile experiences is a crucial component of Go1’s offering, providing opportunities for inclusivity and flexibility. Currently, Go1 defers to content providers to indicate if the content is mobile-optimized. Roughly 70% of all learning experiences have been labeled as mobile-friendly.

Q: Is Go1’s content WCAG compliant?

A: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, or WCAG 2.0, defines how to make web content more accessible to people with alternative learning needs, including but not limited to visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological. When we think of accessible content delivered through Go1, we think in terms of WCAG 2.0. Go1 defers to content providers to indicate if their courses are accessible.
