Exporting Playlists
You can Export a Playlist, which will trigger a CSV file to your registered email address. This functionality is typically used where there is no integration available and you want to import the Playlist into your LMS or HRIS.
Navigate to Library on the left-hand side menu and click on the Playlists tab.
Select your Playlist.
Click Export list.
Select Course Details Only (CSV) or Course Files and Details (SCORM and CSV).
You will see a confirmation pop-up while the Playlist is exporting.
Once complete, navigate to your email inbox (email address must match your user account's registered email address).
Locate the email from Go1 <[email protected]> and download the attachment.
The first row in the CSV file will denote the Title of your Playlist. All subsequent rows of data will correspond to a learning object.
Sharing Playlists
Navigate to Library on the left-hand side menu and click on the Playlists tab.
Select your playlist from the table, and click on the Edit icon.
Expand the 3 dot menu icon, and select Share.
Select a user from the dropdown list, or search for their name. Playlists can be shared with any user in your organization. Simply type in the user's name and you will be able to add them to the access list.
Once the recipient has been selected, you can choose what level of access to provide them from the dropdown menu.
Selecting Transfer ownership will make that Admin the Owner of the playlist, and will automatically convert your access to Can edit. The new Owner will be able to view the playlist in their Created by me Tab.
Viewing Playlists which have been Shared with you
1. To view a Playlist which has been shared with you, navigate to the ‘Shared with me’ View in your Playlists tab by selecting the toggle button.
2. Click on the relevant playlist and you will be able to view or edit it, depending on the access provided.
FAQs
Exporting Playlists
Can I export my Playlist as a SCORM package?
No, currently we do not allow Export via SCORM format.
We don't use the Go1 Learn UI but rather our own LMS / HRIS, can we use this Export functionality?
No, if you are looking to export a Playlist, it may be that it can only be achieved by syncing through the integration itself.

Sharing Playlists
Can I share the Playlist with someone outside of my organization?
No, this sharing capability is limited to users within your organization.
I only want the recipient to be able to view but not edit the Playlist.
Select the ‘Can view’ access.
Can there be two owners?
No, Playlists can only have one owner at any given time.
