May 28th– Spotlight content on the Go1 Learn homepage
Guide your learners to strategic content without creating mandatory assignments.
Here's what's new:
🎯 You can now highlight priority content directly on your learners' homepage When you spotlight content, it appears top of the home page that learners see when they log in letting them know it was "Handpicked by their organization". This lets you promote seasonal training, business-critical skills, or high-value content while preserving learner autonomy and engagement.
Spotlighted content appears alongside personalized recommendations, giving learners both your strategic priorities and content tailored to their individual interests. You can spotlight up to 30 items at once, including courses, playlists, and awards from your library, and we'll rotate these automatically so learners see fresh content on every login.
To spotlight content, select "Add to Spotlight" when browsing your library. Learn more about highlighting priority content here.
May 21st – Retiring soon reminders in Search and preview
We're continuing to improve the way content retirements are communicated so you aren't surprised when the time comes.
Here’s what’s new:
⏰ You'll see a note on any search results or content pages if the content is retiring soon
When content has been marked to be removed from Go1 in the future, you'll see a label when that content appears in Search, or when previewing the details of the content. This will help you make timely decisions about when to start a piece of content or include it in a playlist or course.
May 15th – All playlist management in one place
We’ve simplified the navigation in Go1 Learn so Playlists are no longer spread across Learning and Library - making it easier to create and manage playlists from the one place.
Here’s what’s new:
🗄️ Create and manage playlists from Library
We've updated the Playlists tab in your Library to include playlists you have created yourself, or those that have been shared with you, as well as the option to create playlists from the same place. Now you can view the pre-curated playlists in added to your library, your own playlists and those curated by your organization in one place - no need to switch between Learning and Library anymore!
