This guide is for L&D admins, HR teams, and enablement teams launching Morgan.
You may need help from your IT team, Teams admin, or Slack workspace admin to manage app access.
Before you launch
Confirm:
Morgan is installed in Microsoft Teams, Slack, or both
Your Go1 portal is connected
Learners have Go1 accounts, or your organization uses SSO with Just-in-Time provisioning
You have prepared an employee announcement using the templates in the Morgan Customer Hub
Rollout steps
Ask your IT, Teams admin, or Slack workspace admin to install Morgan.
Connect Morgan to your Go1 portal.
Test Morgan with a small group.
Send an employee announcement before Morgan's first welcome message arrives.
Expand Morgan access to the full learner audience.
Monitor access and sign-in issues during the first week.
What to test
Ask a few pilot users to check that:
They can find Morgan in Microsoft Teams or Slack
They can open a direct message with Morgan
They can ask Morgan for a course recommendation
Learning opens correctly from Morgan
Sign-in works as expected

After launch
For the first week, watch for:
Learners who cannot find Morgan
Learners being asked to sign in unexpectedly
Learners who cannot see their Go1 learning
App access policies blocking the right learner group
