In this tutorial you will learn how to activate notifications for your portal.

To Turn on your notifications

  1. Click  'Portal Settings' page via the drop down under your name in the top right-hand side of the page.
  2. On the left-hand side of the page click on the Notifications tab. 
  3. Upon clicking on the notifications page - you will have the ability to turn notifications On or Off for your portal. 

Based on certain actions and triggers made by your users on the portal they will be notified with in-app messaging or email notifications. The all notification options are customizable to your liking, however; the notifications below this are standard notifications that aren't able to be customized.
