My Team Dashboard: Manager's Guide

This article will go through what My Team is from the perspective of a manager and how it can be utilised.

Note: This guide is only applicable to the MyGo1 view and is not currently supported in Go1 Learn.

Overview

The 'My Team' tab is available on the dashboard after 'My Learning' and is exclusively visible to Managers and Administrators. This dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your team's learning activities, helping you track learner progress against their goals.

Key Features

  • View, search, and sort through the list of users you manage

  • Monitor user progress against assigned goals

  • Track enrollment status of learning objects (In Progress, Upcoming, or Overdue)

  • Access detailed reports on user learning data

How to Use the My Team Dashboard

Overview Tab

When you first access the My Team dashboard, you'll land on the Overview page showing only learners assigned to you. From here, you can:

  • Click on a learner's name to access their learning profile

  • View your team's progress, upcoming due date, and overdue assignments.

Users Tab

This section provides a comprehensive overview of all learners within your team.

Enrollments Tab

This tab is dedicated to reporting functionality.

Creating Reports

  1. Click the 'Filter' button at the top of the page

  2. Select your desired filters

  3. Click 'Save As' to store your report at the top of the page

Reports are updated in real-time as new users are added to your team. You can also configure the report view format to ensure data is presented in a way that's easy to understand when exported.
