Why won't my course complete?

Learn how to update mark items as complete in order to finish a course

Sometimes you may come across a learner who is saying, "I have finished this course a bunch of times but it still won't show as complete!". This is likely because the learner has not marked one or learning items within the course as complete.

When a learner indicates their course is not completing, ask them to please go back into the course and check the completion state of all sections and mark those sections showing as In Progress as Complete. This must be done for all learning items within the course, including items such as documents and text resources.

If the course was created by you or a member of your organization, you can also manually update the enrollments within the course to change the status on your learner's behalf.
