Professional development and performance management
Updated over a week ago

Is there a particular topic you would like for your team to be across?

Whether you're in Learning and Development or Human Resources and would like to train your entire organization, or you are a manager who would like to ensure your team is across a specific concept, or an individual is meeting a gap in their skills and capabilities, you can do so by assigning and then tracking who in your team does that learning.

Assign training to your team

To get started, log in to your Go1 Platform as an administrator or manager.

Use the search bar in the top navigation of your Go1 Platform to locate the course or resource you'd like for your team to complete.

Assign the course or resource to an individual, or bulk assign to a wider audience, such as your entire team that you manage, or your organization. Managers will only be able to assign and manage learning for the people you already manage on Go1 Platform.

Oversee performance management training

The Manage page for the course or resource you have assigned allows for you to monitor your team's progress towards their due date.

In order to ensure maximum uptake and retention of the training:

  1. Use team meetings and 1-1s as an opportunity to reflect on the concepts covered in the training

  2. Discuss ways to implement the concepts discussed within your organization

  3. Address any blockers preventing team members from completing the course or resource

  4. Gather feedback

As the due date nears, follow up with anyone who has not yet completed the training by sending them a reminder email.

Making changes

Does something not look right with your reporting?

  • If the date by which the learner needs to complete a course or resource is not correct, you can edit their due date.

  • If a learner has been incorrectly assigned to that course or resource and don't actually have to complete it, you can also easily delete that assignment.

  • If a learner has started a course or resource without having been assigned to it, you can add a due date at a later point.
