Go1 and Workday CCL Integration Guide
Updated over 6 months ago

Background

The CCL integration enables customers to import and track all their Go1 content easily and efficiently into their Workday tenant. Through the integration, customers can seamlessly and confidently be assured that their curated content selection is available and maintained and enrolment activity is captured and reported in their Workday environment. Completion events will be processed and recorded in Workday Learning in near real-time regardless of where the learner discovered or consumed the content.

Configuration steps in Go1

The following steps outline the Workday and Go1 CCL integration activation process.

Step 1. Provision API Keys

For Workday to sync Go1 content, you must provision API keys in the Go1 portal. To complete this, simply follow the steps outlined in this guide, or speak to your dedicated Customer Success Manager who will arrange for this to be completed for you (The Go1 Implementation team can do this for you with the below step).

Step 2. Configure the xAPI activity Tracker.

Please follow the steps provided on the Workday Community site to generate the necessary xAPI credentials: https://community.workday.com/node/1171474 (see step 6 below).

The Go1 Implementation team will support you in activating the xAPI activity tracker. Simply share the information acquired in the mentioned steps (step 6 below) with your Customer Success Manager, who will raise a request with the Go1 Implementation team to have this activated.
