As a Go1 Learn user, you can update your password at any time while logged in. Keeping your password secure is essential to protecting your Go1 Learn account from unauthorized access.
Here's the step-by-step guide to changing passwords.
Password requirements
Your password must contain at least one letter and be at least 8 characters long.
The password must not contain common words, such as 'password'.
We recommend using a combination of upper and lower case characters, numbers, and special characters, for example: @#$%&).";!?^
Steps to Change Your Password in the Go1 Learn Portal:
Click on your avatar located at the bottom left of the Go1 Learn platform navigation.
Open the ellipses (...) menu and select Profile.
On the Profile page, navigate to Password and click Edit.
Enter your current password, then your desired new password.
Confirm the change by clicking Change Password.
After confirming the update, your new password is securely saved so you can continue using Go1 Learn without interruption.
