📊 Clearer learning signals - Review engaged learners, new enrolments, completion rate, overdue learners, and other role-relevant metrics across the last 7, 30, or 90 days.

📌 Navigation organized around your work - Move between administrative areas and your personal learning destinations more easily. Navigation for learner-only users has not changed.

Portal admins can now set up and manage User Data Feed from Settings > Integrations and apps > Datafeed. Existing configurations from MyGo1 appear automatically, so scheduled feeds keep running without customers recreating their mappings or connection details.

Here's what's new:

🔀 Set up and map user data - Upload a sample CSV, map columns to Go1 fields, choose a unique identifier, and decide how removed users should be deactivated.

🔑 Manage connection details - View the AWS bucket and access details used to send files to Go1, or regenerate the key pair when needed.

🕒 Review upload history - Filter uploads by status, review created, updated, warning, and error counts, and download available reports.

✅ Keep existing feeds running - Existing mappings and connection details carry across from MyGo1 automatically.

User Data Feed remains available only on portals where the feature is enabled. Learn more in the User Data Feed FAQ and User Data Feed Setup Guide.

Admins and Managers can now select a learner from People > Users to see their profile details and enrollment progress together. This makes it easier to understand and support one learner without moving between People and Reporting.

Here's what's new:

👤 One learner overview - Review profile information and enrolled learning from a single page.

📈 See enrollment progress - Check learning status and progress for the selected learner.

✏️ Take action in context - Edit the learner or assign learning from the same view.

🔒 Existing permissions still apply - Admins and Managers only see and manage the learners their current access allows.

Admins can now assign assessors at the course level or for individual Event sessions, helping the right people manage assessments and attendance. Here’s what’s new:

✅ Assign assessors across a course — Course assessors can review assessable content across the entire course, including assignments (submission tasks), quizzes with long-answer questions, and Event sessions.

📅 Assign assessors to specific event sessions — Add different assessors for individual Event sessions when responsibility varies by date, region, or location.

⭐ Select a primary assessor — Add multiple assessors and select one as primary. The primary assessor receives email notifications and is assigned new assessments by default.

Admins can now control how user profile fields work from Settings > Field settings in Go1 Learn. These controls help organizations collect more complete and consistent user data for groups, reporting, compliance, and personalized learning.

Here's what's new:

🗂️ Choose active fields - Control which existing profile fields are available in the portal.

✅ Mark fields as required - Decide which fields users must complete in supported Go1 Learn workflows.

👀 Control learner access - Choose which fields learners can see and which they can edit in their profile.

📋 Manage predefined values - Configure allowed values for supported fields to reduce inconsistent data entry.

Admins can now find their portal's ID inside Go1 Learn Settings. This gives customers and Go1 teams a reliable way to identify the correct portal when raising or investigating an issue.

Here's what's new:

🪪 Portal ID in Settings - View the current portal's ID without returning to MyGo1.

🤝 Clearer support handoffs - Share the Portal ID when contacting Go1 Support or Customer Success so they can identify the right portal faster.

🚪 One less MyGo1 dependency - Portal identification no longer depends on the old customer-specific MyGo1 URL.

Portal ID is available to all Go1 Learn admins.

Admins can now manage single sign-on and supported SCORM/xAPI application settings from Settings > Integrations and apps without returning to MyGo1.

Here's what's new:

🔗 Connect an identity provider - Choose Microsoft Entra or a general SAML single sign-on connection from Go1 Learn.

🔄 Configure Microsoft Entra - Set up SSO with automated user and group provisioning and deprovisioning through SCIM.

Go1 trial portals now include the Premium Essentials branding experience, so prospective customers can see how their organization will look in Go1 Learn before they buy.

Go1 can now keep standard learner profile fields up to date through SSO. This helps organizations provide the learner context used by personalized experiences such as Knowledge Checks and Intelligent Translations.

👤 Sync standard profile fields - SAML customers can map the standard Go1 user fields they want to maintain from their identity provider.

🏢 Update key fields through Microsoft Entra - Native Microsoft Entra connections can automatically keep supported fields such as job title, department, and locale current when a learner signs in.

🌐 Handle regional language values - Supported regional locale values are normalized to the platform language Go1 uses.

✨ Power personalized experiences - Current profile data can improve Knowledge Checks, Intelligent Translations, discovery, and future personalized experiences.

Admins can make Go1 Learn feel more like their organization by managing portal branding directly from Settings > Portal Branding.

Admins can now keep the current members of a dynamic group and turn it into a static group. This is useful when an automatically maintained audience needs to become a fixed cohort, such as at the end of a compliance period.

Here's what's new:

📌 Convert after creation - Open a dynamic group, select Edit group, and turn off Update automatically when people match rules.

⚠️ Review before converting - A warning explains that the change cannot be undone.

👥 Keep current members - Everyone currently in the group remains in the new static group.

🛑 Stop automatic updates - Dynamic rules stop applying and membership becomes manual.

Admins now configure Go1 Pay from Settings > Go1 Pay in Go1 Learn. This brings Go1 Pay setup alongside other portal configuration without changing how Go1 Pay works.

👥 Static and dynamic groups - Create groups with a fixed member list, or set rules that automatically add and remove members as your team changes.

🔀 Advanced rule combinations - Combine AND, OR, and NOT logic with date-based conditions to build precise audience segments — like all engineers in APAC who started in the last 90 days.

🤖 AI-assisted group creation - Describe the group you want in plain language and let AI generate the matching rules for you. Review and adjust before saving.

📋 Assign from groups - Assign content directly from within a group, and view assignments and legacy assignments in dedicated tabs.
