Roles and permissions for users of the Go1 Platform

Updated over 2 months ago

Learning and development needs can vary across the roles and departments within an organization. Human Resources and Learning and Development teams require ultimate management and oversight. Line managers are only interested in their direct team's oversight. Individuals need only focus on their own learning objectives.

The Go1 Platform comprises a selection of user role types and associated permissions to ensure that you only see what you need to see, allowing you to focus on the job you need to do.

Users can have one or multiple roles. Let's look at the roles and their permissions in a bit more detail:

MAJOR ROLES

Learner

  • Able to undertake learning and report on their own individual training via certificates and/or transcripts.

Note: Because learning is for everyone, no matter your role within your organization, all users within the Go1 Platform hold the Learner role. The roles listed below provide additional permissions to users.
